Let's say you stress out, and I mean you run yourself into the ground to achieve a goal that you put 110% of your soul into, and then, the goalkeeper says, "You stressed out for nothing, the stress never existed. And now your colleagues will only do half the work you did." Makes you want to punch that goalkeeper, doesn't it?
Reflection: Am I more focused for putting all of my effort into something I care about deeply? Should I care that someone else will not have to work as hard as I?
Answer: You are your value. Should someone not have the same integrity, then integrity will not follow.
